June 9th – Seafest Festival with the Luso Portuguese Club
Seafest is Prince Rupert’s largest festival and has been held annually since 1978 on the second weekend in June. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are packed with events, activities, food booths, and entertainment in Prince Rupert’s downtown and on the waterfront. It is an exciting time in Prince Rupert during Seafest.
The Luso Portuguese Club of Prince Rupert has been hard at work creating another award winning float to participate in Seafest. All they need are volunteers to come out with them this Saturday and have some fun! This year’s theme is “The Way it Was” so dust off your best vintage wear and come spend some time with a great group of people.
