May 8 to 12 – Festa Da Nossa Senhora De Fátima em Vancouver

Celebration of Our Lady of Fatima

Our Lady of Fatima Portuguese Parish in Vancouver will be holding their Festa Da Nossa Senhora De Fátima this month. Each weekday from May 8th to May 10th, they will pray the rosary at 7:00 pm which will then be followed by a Mass. Then on the weekend, each day there will be a mass followed by a procession and then a social in the church hall. Everyone is invited to participate.  See the schedule below and on the poster for more details.

Donations:
Please note that there will also be a Bazaar at the Festa and the church is currently accepting donations of new and used items for it. Please leave your items at the back of the church or at the Rectory.

Volunteers:
The church needs volunteers to help set up the bazaar at 7:00 pm on Wednesday (May 8th) and volunteers on Saturday (May 11th) evening and Sunday (May 12th) all day to help run the bazaar. To help, call or text Aurélia Silva at 778-772-4371.

Schedule:
Mass at 6:00 pm
Followed by a candlelight Procession/Procissão
Afterwards, a social in the church hall

When: Sunday, May 12th, 2019
Schedule:
Mass at 12:00 pm
The mass will be in both Portuguese and English (Missa em Português e inglês)
Followed by a small Procession around the church
Afterwards, a social in the church hall
