  1. Would it be possible to know when a representative from the Portugese embassy will be in Calgary this fall?

    1. Hi Robert,

Thank you for contacting Portugal in Vancouver and my apologies for the delayed reply. I took the summer off from Portugal in Vancouver but I’m back now! If the Consulate General of Portugal emails me about their next trip to Calgary, I will share it on my website and Facebook page. Did you know that the Consulate General of Portugal has a Facebook page and website now? They just launched it last month. Here are the links:
      https://www.facebook.com/ConsulateGeneralPortugalVancouver/
      https://www.consulategeneralportugalvancouver.org/
Their website has a contact page on how to send them a message or phone them.

  2. My husband is Portugese and I am Pilipina and a Permanent Resident here in Canada. Do I need a visa to visit Portugal? What are the requirements? Because we’re planing to visit in Portugal next year. My regards Thank You.

    1. Hello Maria. I am not the Consulate General of Portugal. This is my website where I promote Portuguese related cultural events and share information about the local Portuguese community in Metro Vancouver and the province. I suggest you contact the Consulate General of Portugal in Vancouver to answer your questions. Here is their website: https://www.consulategeneralportugalvancouver.org/ And here is their Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/ConsulateGeneralPortugalVancouver/ Best of luck!

  3. Hello there, I have tried booking an appointment for my husband and my aunt online and there are no days available. I believe you will be coming to Calgary next week October 12th, 13th and 14th.

I would like to book an appointment asap.

    Thank you,

    1. Hi there! You have confused my business website, Portugal in Vancouver, with the Consulate General of Portugal. You have also commented on an old blog post with out of date information and links. You can check if any appointments are available on the Consulate’s website here: https://consuladoportugalvancouver.as.me/schedule.php. If no appointments are available, I suggest you contact the Consulate through their Facebook page here: https://www.facebook.com/ConsulateGeneralPortugalVancouver Boa sorte! 🙂
