Portuguese Things To Do
July 2026
Last month may have been Portuguese Heritage Month, but July is giving us even more reasons to be proud to be Portuguese!
With the World Cup now in Canada, excitement is at an all-time high. Portugal has advanced to the next round, and there’s nothing quite like cheering on the Seleção alongside fellow tugas. The chants, the flags , the celebrations, and the shared passion turn every match into a true community event. So grab your scarf, wear your red and green, and show your Portuguese pride. Força, Portugal!
To help you make the most of the month, I’ve put together a list of Portuguese Things to Do in July, including the best places to watch the World Cup, community events, activities, and more ways to celebrate our culture.
I’ll be updating the list as new events are announced, so be sure to check back often for the latest additions. And don’t forget to explore the recurring events as they’re the heart of what keeps our Portuguese community connected all year long.
Already planning ahead? Take a look at what’s coming up later this summer, too. There’s always something happening in our Portuguese community!
